Thanks for sharing. Will a video of your presentation be posted in the community too? I have a question regarding slide #23, it's what I'll be doing soon. So I have a lead nurture program in Marketo, and once all of the leads become marketing qualified, I'm going to sync to SFDC. So for us, contacts from SFDC are synced to Marketo. But once I sync the program/campaign to SFDC, will the leads then have to be converted to contacts? Because after the sync, I have to enable the campaign to our telemarketer's view in SFDC because they mark their insteractions differently. So I'm not sending alerts or anything like that to them.
