Sign In Forms for assistance in our offices -- Is there a Marketo que to keep track of this??

Our team is exploring options for having leads/contacts sign in when they come into our facilities. We plan to use a form to capture information when they first come in.  Similar to a system at the DMV - take a number, the number is called, person is helped, etc.  However, we would like it to be a bit more streamlined than that.  Is there any capability like this within Marketo?

Sort of.

You could do one of the following
  1. perpetual event where you use the ipad to let people add themselves
  2. kiosk form that is not visible to search and has office form fill out stuff on it. You may want to keep this in an operational program unless all of your visitors are really leads to report on.
