Share Marketo data via API both ways

Is it possible to share Marketo data via API both directions, I've heard of data importing into Marketo from another program but can Marketo send data out to another program?

Yes, Marketo can send data out to other programs using webhooks.  It can even parse responses to the callout and update the lead information without any programming.  Here's an article with our latest enhancements to this feature -
