Share Lead List ?

Hi Experts,

I have a question for sharing the lead with Sales.

I've created the form A and landing page B with form A.

Then some leads have filled out the form.

I can find out all the leads in Lead Database.

I would like to share the current lead list where leads fill out the form A with Sales.

Sales does not have Marketo account.

How can I set up for that?

I tried to use Analytics, but it only show # of leads in the lead list.

Hi Tomo Nozawa,

The best way you can do it create an alert in form or you can create a smart campaign. Where if someone fills out the form, your salespeople can receive the alert.

You can create a default program and it also available in Marketo Program Templates in your Marketo instance, there you will see WF ContactUs Form program, you can clone that program and add into your folder and change the landing pages with yours and approve and set the alert email. So, whenever anyone fills out a form from you landing page, then it will send an alert to your team for follow up.

One more question.

If I would like to share all the current leads periodically , not each lead in filling out the form,

how can I set up for that?

For example,

March 28th 9:00am

The notification mail includes

Mr. A.

Mr. B.

March 28th 4:00pm

Mr. C fills out the form.

March 29th 9:00am

The notification mail includes

Mr. A.

Mr. B.

Mr. C.

All you need to do is create a smart list of all leads who have filled out the form on that landing page; and then setup a subscription so that members of your sales team receive this report on a regular basis.
