This is a question I should know the answer to, but I've actually never delved into this area. If I have a Marketo Program synched to a SFDC campaign, will SFDC members added to the campaign get upserted into Marketo?
Yes campaign members added from the Salesforce side will sync to the Marketo program as the first step in the program channel.
