SFDC Detail HTML Code for Emails

I am trying to add the SFDC Detail to the auto-response emails for my sales team. Does anyone have the code or can point me in the direction of the product doc.

Hi Dee Surico​,

You can use sales force lead info token for that

{{SP_Send_Alert_Info:default=edit me}}

This will create a link from where sales can go to the Salesforce lead info and found the details.
