SFDC Data

Hi Guys,

SFDC data is already synced to marketo DB.
I am not able to retrieve SFDC data from marketo through soap api.
I want to read "SFDC Type" of lead.Can you please suggest me any possible way to retrieve this information?

This should be visible through the regular Marketo Sync.
