SFDC activity history overwrite

Hi fellow Marketo enthusiasts!

I have a coworker who made quite the mess this past month. He labeled his Marketo list "Last Damn List" and didn't realize that would populate on each leads activity history. I changed the name of the list for him, but that doesn't rectify the activity history issue. Does anyone know how to overwrite the history to no longer show this?
