I am admin for Marketo. We have a standard version of the software (meaning no workspaces and we are not integrating with our CRM initially). Do you have a checklist or step-by-step guide on what I need to do in order for my users to be successful? They have aleady been added and taken th online training. Now I need to get them actually using Marketo.
I am thinking of things like:
Folder and naming conventions
Field creation
Lead scoring
Standard reports
Other I don't even know yet!?
