Server instance location from API?

Is there anyway to get the server instance location, the app-ab16 from the following URL (http://app-ab16.marketo.com/...) if I only have a REST API account (999-MKT-000)?  I am wanting to provide a link to a lead in marketo from my application and I don't know in advance which server to point the link to.  Any help or ideas appreciated!

Hi Steve,

I would rather use the API endoint. The Munchkin account ID has no link to the pod, AFAIK.

In this case it is a REST API account not Munchkin.  Still I want to be able to provide a link to a lead in Marketo like https://app-ab16.marketo.com/leadDatabase/loadLeadDetail?leadId=501 But I don't know the server affinity (app-ab16) for the lead. Is there anyway to programmatically learn this from the REST API account? Is there an endpoint or something I can hit to get this information?
