Hi There, I want to create seperate workspace for one of our region. Any guidelines or suggestion?

Hi Sant Singh Rathaur! Some quick pro/con notes on workspaces to keep in mind:
- CON: Folder naming is by instance, not workspace. Develop an instance wide folder naming convention
- CON:There can be issues with linked assets if you ever try to share, clone, or migrate across workspaces
- PRO: Workspaces give you the ability to completely control the assets a user can access and segregate your users based on region or business unit
