We're attempting to use a Salesforce value to initiate an email campaign. The value is part of a string, separated by commas. We're unable to use the "contains" function to select just one value. Instead, we're forced to select the entire string.
It's been suggested that we separate each value by a "comma," then a "space." However, this didn't resolve the issue.
Has anyone encountered this? Is there a solution we're not thinking of?
