Is it possible to send to primary contact on the account level? For example, i'd like to send an email to only primary contacts is the retail industry using x our products. We have multiple contacts associated with the accounts, but I only want to send to the primary.
Each system is different. Is there a flag for Primary on the Contact record? I believe you can do this from the Opp as Has Primary Role on the constraint, but that isn't often accurate if Sales isn't forced to do that.
