Are we able to send out operational emails to unsubscribe records using sales insight in Salesforce? I tested this a few times this morning and the email never entered my inbox. It only worked when I sent the email directly in Marketo using a smart campaign. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Sales Insight emails will always be considered marketing emails, and therefore cannot be sent as operational.
Marketo emails can be marked as operational when created. I revisited this tread today and it looks like it works as long as you mark your email as operational and publish it to sales insight.
I originally asked this question because I wanted to know if this would work for our client services team if they decided to use MSI emails to send out release notes to our customers.
