Wondering if anyone has any best practices or tips/tricks on how a sales rep can send an email to multiple contacts based off a contact report in Salesforce?
I'm aware of the ability to Send an Email to Multiple Records in Marketo Sales Insight via these instructions.
However, what the sales rep is trying to do is the following:

Instead of creating a report can they not create a custom list using the filters they require? If they used a custom list then the "Send Marketo Button" would be available at the top.
That was actually what we tried first, but unfortunately some of the fields are at the account level, so the custom list view won't work.
