Send email with Muchkin tracking

Hi,

My idea is to send an automatic email from marketo using the muchkin code on a non marketo website.
For instance, if the prospect is visiting the same page since 15mn, he receives an email from marketo related to the content he is watching and a form to be filled.

I don't think you can do this with RTP, but you might be able to do this if you can code some munchkin javascript and send data back to Marketo.
 

What you can do out of the box is to say

Visits Web Page IS X at least Y times
Send Email IS Z
