Send email to multiple lists each with different signature

How do you send the one email to multiple lists each with a different signature. And how can you schedule the email to send to each list

It needs to co-ordinate:

• signture to list
• so correct signature displays in the email

I have created Snippets for each signature

I have uploaded each list into the Program

If I use Segmentation, it isn't by State, it is by signature

Hi Michael - it sounds like you are going down the right road thinking Segmentation and dynamic content here.

You're talking about multiple lists (I'm going to assume you mean static lists have been built here) each needing to receive a different email with a different signature.

You have two choices - you can just send completely different emails to people in different lists (you'll need a new email program or smart campaign for each one, and you'll need an individual email asset built for each list), or you could go down the road you've started to go down and build it using dynamic content, send the email to all people in all lists, and perhaps use "Member of List" as your criteria in your segmentation to ensure that people get the right content/snippet sent to them through dynamic content.

Not sure what you meant by "if I use Segmentation, it isn't by State, it is by signature" as there's no rule that says that Segmentations need to be geographic.

Using a Segmentation for signatures is totally fine (as long as you have < 100 different signatures).

A Member of List filter can define the Segments in a Segmentation, so each lead's segment directly reflects its membership in one of multiple (mutually exclusive) lists.

Then use either a Dynamic Snippet or Velocity (Email Scripting) to use a single email for the entire batch.
