I created a campaign for people who filled out a registration form. The flow is set to 1. Add to Registered List and 2. Send Email Alert to myself when these names are added.

The 1. add to registered list is working smoothly, but it's not sending me an alert email. Does anyone know why this is? The email is approved...

Hello, 

I have the same problem and I don't understand why it doesn't work.
In my case, I can see in activity log that the alert email was correctly sent but I did not received it. 
I have checked spam boxes...

look in the activity log of your test lead you will see if the alert was sent there.
