Is it possible to include a link in an email that links to another email?

Re: Link to an email

Hey Kelly,

We have found the best way to accomplish this is to create a landing page with the email in it. You would need a landing page with no template and add a html box. Then, grab the html code from the email and drop it in the box on the landing page. You will be able to move the box (i.e. the email) to position it on the page. All the functionality of the email will still work this way.

Just my $.02.

Re: Link to an email

You could create a link that triggers another email to be sent, but I'm not aware of anyway to link directly to another email.

Mike has it right. Unless of course you have a archive of emails online for in-browser viewing, you could feasibly link to that. That being said, triggering off the action is clean and you can see what the interactions are with it. Ideally any link following would be putting them on a conversion path.

Tell us what you are trying to do and maybe we can find a better way?

Re: Link to an email

We don't want to trigger off another email. Rather, we would like to just include a link in the body text that allows them to click and open up a separate email. Sounds archiving it may be the best option. Any idea how I would go about doing that?

Re: Link to an email

Your best bet Kelly would be to put the text into a different file format like a pdf. Upload it as an image in the design studio, then use the link from there inside your original message.
