I found a problem recently and I want to understand it better.
I put a form on a Marketo landing page. Everything is in the same program. I set it up so that when someone fills out the form, a sales rep gets an alert. But there were some contacts who filled out the form, yet their first name, last name, and email address were missing, even though those fields are required and sales owner received blank email.
When I checked the program members, I saw this icon:

If you look at the column header, you’ll see that’s the Acquired By flag. That means the person was unknown to your system until they filled out the form. This doesn’t have any direct connection to whether they submitted their First Name and Last Name, though obviously if people were already in the system they may have already had those values, making you erroneously think they had put the values on the form.
Please show the details of a Filled Out Form activity for one of the leads without the values and one of the leads with the values. And also please link to your LP so we can see what may be wrong there.
