self-hosting Munchkin code

We have a lot of users who use ghostery and we want to self-host the munchkin code in order to be able to track those users. Has anyone tried this?

Re: self-hosting Munchkin code

It is certainly possible, although I tend to recommend against it because then you won't get updated versions. This might mean you'd end up using Munchkin with a known bug for quite a while.

Now, if you were to implement a process to get the newest version every once in a while, I suppose that would work pretty well.
