save2 error400 no permission ID

Dear all,

When submitting the form on this page: Replay Webinar : Dématérialisation des factures en milieu hospitalier. We get an error on the save2 endpoint call (No permission ID).

The exact same embedded code on this page http://digital-solutions2.konicaminolta.fr/test-embeded.html    works well.

The big difference between them is that the first one is on a blog that is https enbaled while the second is on a Marketo free-form LP (the forms code being posted in an html block) and the Marketo instance is not yet on https (planned for the next few days)

Any idea on what might cause this ?

Thx for your help.

-Greg

Re: save2 error400 no permission ID

Are you seeing this right now, and if so, in what browser + version. I saw it once on your site, then this came up:

When the CloudFlare error went away, I no longer saw the CORS error. I have an idea of what would cause it, but can't repro it right now.

Re: save2 error400 no permission ID

Hi Sanford,

Thx for looking into it. We just solved the problem, apparently, the secondary forms in the page (available in popups in the buttons at the top and bottom of the page) where still using the old app-lon02.marketo.com URLs.

Re: save2 error400 no permission ID

The problem occurs when the forms can't decide whether they are cross-origin or same-origin, although the URL shouldn't directly matter.

Can you copy the page so I can still repro it?

Re: save2 error400 no permission ID

What do you mean by copying the page ? I do not have access to the pages, they are being handled by the customer's web agency, and I do not have access. I'll ask them, though.
