Hi,
I have noticed that if a user types their email address on the Marketo form with upper case letters (some/all), the email value is automatically changed to lower case in Salesforce. This causes Marketo to believe that the email address has changed and the Unsubscribe value (we have the opt-out field on our contact us form) is changed from TRUE to FALSE.
Has anyone seen this issue? Any work-arounds?
