I am in the process of setting up Marketo Sales Insight in Salesforce, but can't seem to figure out how to enable the API.
Here is the documentation I am using:

In the section Marketo Sales Insight Config, the instructions don't match with Salesforce. Has anyone else run into this issue? Where do I need to go to input the credentials for the API?

You make up that API key and then you'll use it to login to MSI/Marketo via SFDC later on in the process. It just wants you to open that window.
Ok, I am at the point where I need to enter that in Salesforce, on which page do I do that?
Are you using Salesforce Professional Edition? The API isn't enabled by default. You'll need to purchase it from Salesforce.
Edit: Let me rephrase that. Perhaps contact your Salesforce account manager and ask them if you have the API enabled.
