sales insight remove from marketo campaign

Does anyone have a really "simple" for the sales team, way of allowing them to removed people from marketo campaigns through sales insight?  We are using Salesforce as our CRM.

Yes.

Create a campaign called "Remove from X Campaign"

Trigger: Requested Campaign, Source=Sales Insight
Flow: Remove from Campaign X
Schedule: every time.

Now, you may find it works better if you replace the Flow with

Marketing Suspended = TRUE
Wait X Days
Marketing Suspended=FALSE

as it will be difficult to remove someone from ALL campaigns they are in.
