Sales Insight for Salesforce.com Partner Community

Hi All,

I haven't had this come up before, but I assume it's not only possible but easy to give a Sales Insight license to a Salesforce.com Partner Community user.

Right?!

The use case here is that we have partners who are helping us with business development and acting as an extension of the sales department (sourcing leads, collaborating on opportunities, etc).

I searched around but couldn't find any documentation or discussions of this specific use case.

Can someone reassure me or point me in the right direction?

If they have access to your SFDC instance, it should not be a problem I would thought. I think it's all down to how that user is set up and how they access your SFDC objects, through sharing/rules etc.

That was my thought as well, but I was surprised that I couldn't find any resources on the topic to validate it.
