RTP Widget not appearing on smartphones

I'm having an issue with RTP widget campaign not working on the smartphones for some reason. 

Has anyone experienced same issue or, figured out how to amend this?

Is it unique to this widget or is it for all widgets?

it appears that an issue was widget specific. I made another test RTP Widget campaign with similar, but different creative and it worked fine on smartphones.

I'm wondering if it was just a bug in the system or if certain creatives wont work on smartphones, perhaps because of the size of creative....?

anyways, I'll make a few more test campaign and share what i will find.   thanks!
