Hi all,
Our business has done some work with the RTP tool (mainly image personlization on our homepage, based on location and site history), but we really want to ramp it up and find a more powerful way to use it.
Is there any RTP case study documents available, preferably with proven performance results? or even live examples of websites using the tool in a clever ways?
Hope you're all well!
Hi Bennet,
I recommend you watch the webinars on the topic of personalization.
These include customer stories, use cases and examples.

Good Luck!
We've just begun using RTP in the last 3 or so months. We had a pretty basic first couple of campaigns, but I'd be happy share what we did. (Note, our business is in digital content and publishing, so our goal was to build our audience (email subscription sign-up for these campaigns.)
If you want to hear more, I'm happy to share!

Hi Melissa,
I'd love to hear about how your business has been using the RTP tool to increase sign-up.
Please share away
Cheers,
Bennet
Our first campaigns were pretty straightforward. We don't have anything live right now or I'd link you directly. We're planning to launch something new in the next 4-6 weeks.
Web campaign: We implemented a dialogue campaign that popped up on entry + 5 second delay. (On first click cause a little trouble for us because of our segments.) Our dialogue box included a form prompting visitors to sign up for our e-newsletter - if they did sign up, we used an easy script to thank them in the box and then automatically close the box.
Segments: RTP unknown --OR-- RTP known and Marketo known + Newsletter subscription = false. (we created a segment for both mobile and desktop, and then had identical but separate forms for each web campaign so we could easily see where most of our new sign-ups came from.)
Results: We got 10x the number of new newsletter subscriptions compared to only having a sign up form on the homepage and/or linked. (I Curiously, we did not see our bounce rate go up (it actually declined ever so slightly.)
Hope that helps!
-Melissa
I thought RTP was pretty easy to use, but adding the campaign to the website actually increased my bounce rate by 4%! Turns out my customers don't like it......
