In web personalization (aka RTP) can you control personalization based on a utm parameter and will that work for all urls with that specific parameter even if other utm parameters are different, for example with these two sample urls will it know that the campaign utm is the same so follow the rules for that specific utm parameter, or is it better to create custom landing pages:
