We are changing a few ways our company uses lead routing as well as introducing a SDR team. Ideally we would love to move to round robin but do not understand how it can work if a account is already owned? Can you still round robin if the account has a owner, or how would you work around it. This would be more specific to our current customers should they contact us for upsell opps.
Marketo can only Round Robin on new records sent to SFDC.
It would be far better to do this in SFDC since you are looking at Accounts or Contacts.
