Can you rotate a set of 4 RTP Campaigns to the same segment?

Yes, In your campaign use the Split Testing Feature at the bottom. You will create a group and then add the four campaigns to the group at 25% each

Thanks Jamie. Do you have any experience with Campaign sampling?  Can I randomize my widget campaigns by building all 4 campaigns off of the same segment, and not set a priority?

Correct, these will be randomly presented without the priority, or if the priority are all equal.
