We are a B2C company using the Revenue Cycle Modeler. Typically a person becomes known when they will out a form on our website to make a CC purchase.
My question is does anyone have an example of what revenue cycle model for B2C might look like?
Currently I have Anonymous --> Known --> Paid --->?

I am pretty sure there is a B2C presentation at the 2015 Summit to look at.
Also, I'd look at my work with Jeff Coveney and think about how this would apply to your business model and expected lead flow. I wouldn't inherently say that B2C is completely different, just that the number of Stages, Transitions, and Names would be.

Hi Elliott, How did you handle the 1 year inactivity? I am curious how you overcome the inactivity for web activities past 90 days.
We have a custom date field (Last website visit) that is written with the system date (once each day) when someone visits our website.
