I've gotten involved with Marketo, on a client that's been running a while. They don't seem to have any lead scoring set up yet. Is it possible to set one up now and retrospectively score historic behaviour. That is, I don't just want to score future behaviour from now on. I'd like to score previous campaigns and web visits, even if I have to do it manually. Thanks in advance for your help?
When you set up your lead scoring, I guess something you could do is build and run batch smart campaigns based on behavior. For example, if you're scoring on web page visits, you could pull a smart list of anyone that has visited page x in the last 3 months (or however far back you'd like to go) and increase score accordingly.
