Restricting non-corporate domains in an email address field in forms

Hi Community,
Is there an easy fix to prevent anyone from putting a .gmail, .yahoo, etc from being entered into a form and instead requiring them to use a corporate domain? I'd like to of course provide a litle tool tip if they do this that informs them they need to enter a corporate domain instead. Thanks for your help!
Cheers,
Amy

Amy,

You can implement a JS code to allow only corporate email IDs in your lead gen forms. Drop me a line at rachitp@grazitti.com and I will email you the details.
