I'm happy to announce that we launched our new Guided Landing Page Editor (and Guided Landing Page syntax) with the May release, which is rolling out today. Please see Create a Guided Landing Page Template - Marketo Docs - Product Docs for more information about building your own templates. We'll be posting a collection of example templates next Tuesday.

They put a broken link on templates.marketo.com of examples, so some progress.

Yes. I saw that as well. I have emailed them and talked to support about this. Hopefully they will have this fixed quickly.
