Is it possible to gather people who have responded to an email blast and have that show up as part of the email performance report or generated automatically to send to the agent or manager?
If not, what would you recommend if we wanted to include the number responded in a report?
What do you mean by "responded"?
If you are tracking Success in the Program, you can define responded and count that.
If you mean that they replied to the email, no, there isn't a way to do that other than for you to count manually.
In general, there isn't a lot of flexibility on the dashboards or email reports.
I think the only thing I could add to this is that we have an outlook plugin that could be used to save the replies to Marketo. With this information you could potentially get a count of replies. This is still a manual process however.
