Reseting lead score to positve value after inactivity

For my system, I don't mind having negative lead scores for now. I think I would filter off those values for reengagement campaigns in the future. However, I'd like to set someone's negative score to 3, after any reengagement so they don't have to build up their score slowly.

I'm trying to create a smart list where it filters for lead scores less than 0, and triggers off of any email or web activity. However I'm not able to use advanced filters for this since I need it to be 1 and (2 or 3 or ....). It only gives me the option for using ALL or ANY filter.

Is this not possible because it's a filter and trigger?

Hey Shinn -

It's 3 filters you have to have in order to have advanced options avilable. Prospective campaign members only have to qualify for one trigger (not all) to advance. Once they qualify, they then move on to the filters to determine qualification into the flow steps.

You need at least 3 filters or trigers before the advaanced setting highlights.

For every trigger used in a smart campaign will be ANY (or statement).

Thanks for the reply Edward!

I actually have 1 filter and 4 triggers in there, but it's still grayed out.
