Hi Joe!

Good point about designating success, I'll definitely update that! I think I saw an example somewhere that had multiple tags marked as success so I just followed that example but what you're saying makes perfect sense.

I didn't mention this above, but I'm now starting to use the "Program Performance" report in Marketo to track the effectiveness of each email program based on how many people have reached each success stage.
