Report showing the number of emails sent to each lead per day / week

Hi there,

We are trying to decide on our communication limits, and to see if they are being reached.  I have tried several reports, but cannot see a way to show how many leads are receiving 1,2,3,4,5 etc emails per week.  Does anyone know if there is a way?

There is not a way in the Reports.

I would use a smart list with Was Sent Email AT LEAST X times IN PAST 7 days.

You will need several smart lists to figure this out.

You can use MKTO API and build a function, which can pull data from Lead Activity for all the leads. Once you have this data, you can use Tableau or any other tool for reporting this data.

Hi Andrew,

You can use the technique I described here : How to create a report based on leads' number of emails opened? to create a counter on email sent. You could have 2 counters, one that you would reinitiate each day, the other you would reinitiate each week or every time it reached the limit.
