Removing from engagement stream

I have an engagement program right now that sends all nurture emails on behalf of the marketing team. As members switch ownership, i would like for the members to receive the remainder of the emails on behalf of their account owner. How would i go about removing members from original nurture stream which receive emails from Marketing and add them to a new stream in which emails are now hardcoded with "account owner's email " token?

Hi Erika,

If the 2 streams are in the same engagement program, you can use transition rules. Go to the second stream, and click the "transition rule", then add the relevant triggers. Just remember that a transition rule "pulls" leads into the stream. You can also use a separated smart campaign.

If the 2 streams are not in the same Engagement program, you will have to pause them (use a "change engagement program cadence" flow step) in the previous engagement program and add them to the new one.

The trigger is likely something like Converted or Data Value Changes.
