I just found out that our third-party sales org has been registering lead's for an upcoming webinar we are hosting, so the IP address associated with these registrants is not correct. How can I remove a lead's IP address so we don't mistake the third-party's web activity as the lead's?
Hi Jennifer, we struggle with this too. It's actually our AE's that do it, so now I see our sales team's activities...not the lead. I don't know that I have a great solution - someone told me I'd just have to delete the lead and start over or try to get them to fill out a form to re-cookie, etc.

I actual called Marketo Support about this. Here is their recommendation:
Tell the sales rep to delete/clear their browser cookie
Delete the lead record in Marketo/SFDC
Two options here: 1) have the actual person (not the sales rep) register again so we can get their cookie OR 2) have the ISR disable java in the browser internet settings and register the lead record again
