Hi all! Our Marketing Operations team is rolling out 4 new instances across all divisions of our company. In the past we have been working with only one division, so it has been adjustment trying to streamline communications and processes.
I am tapping into the Community with hopes of receiving recommendations for project management tools that have helped you simplify and streamline managing projects, building calendars, etc. Do you have any recommendations? I would love to find an email calendar template that could work for our business (we are currently using PPT to build out a monthly view of emails), so any templates or advice you could offer would be much appreciated.
Are you finding that the Marketo Calendar feature is not robust enough for these specific needs?
