We are trying to upload leads into our clients Marketo instances and at times we receive a 429 Rate Limit error. The occurances vary, and there is no set limit we can find in the error logs to point to what the rate limiting is set at. Is this something that anyone else is experiencing?
Since there is no pattern and it is happening with multiple clients in multiple instances it has become a problem we need to address.
The result when we get the error is that the upload rejects the leads we are sending across. I appreciate any help that the community may have for this.
