Random Sample Question

I have 4 sales reps now instead of two that we initially had.  My account manager helped me set up random sampling to share the lead notifications among our sales team.  Now that I'm doing four people, do I set up the flow to show each person's email address for the notification and just put random sample is 25?  I have a screen shot of what I have entered....is this correct?  (Just an FYI - we dont assign our leads, they're all assigned to admin and then random sample disperses them out evenly. 0EM50000000QSlP.jpg

Re: Random Sample Question

Hi Sherry,

One question: do you guys use Salesforce? I have never seen doing the lead assignment in this way, I can think of many things that could go wrong. If you do use Salesforce I strongly recommend using the assignment rules on SFDC.

Going back on your question, yes, the random sample is correct.

Re: Random Sample Question

Hi Franco - we do use salesforce and we assign all leads to a queue that are "fair game" for all sales reps until there is an opportunity.  Thank you everyone for your help!
