Attempting to utilize the email insights platform; however, most of my email programs are coming up as "unknown program" and "unknown email". Some are there properly, but most aren't so when I create a filter, it won't capture all of my emails.
Anyone else run into this? Any suggestions?
Have you deleted any programs or emails by chance?

Any further word on this Evan Day ? I just noticed this in my own instance.
I had to open up a ticket and the engineers had to sync my data. Most of my emails are showing up now but some are still missing so I had to contact marketo again.
Will follow up with a response once the issue is completely resolved.
