Hi,
We have set up a Zoom webinar and have been live for a couple of weeks with no issues. This week we started having. a few new registrations come in with a "Registration error" status. Which means they haven't received their Zoom log-ins in their email confirmation.
The reason stated is that "The webinar has already finished or does not exist anymore"... which is not the case as it is scheduled for June 24th.
Anyone has experienced that issue before and/or has a fix for this?
Thanks
Thanks
Are you using the Launchpoint or the Webhook or both? Webhook is showing that error even though it does register the user but launchpoint is working fine.
Interesting that we started getting this now from yesterday afternoon as well. Something is broken on the Zoom side for sure.
Interesting... I will check our other webinars.
Did you ever figure out why this happened? We are having the same issue with a webinar on June 24th. We had to push the webinar out a week. I changed the date in the Zoom meeting and Refreshed From Webinar Partner in Marketo. The meeting ID never changed. Registrations were being passed correctly up until yesterday afternoon. Now Marketo thinks the webinar is over and new registrations are being marked with a Registration Error message. Is this a Marketo or Zoom issue?
Thanks!
I'm experiencing the same issue. Our setup is through launchpoint. Users were able to register for next month's webinar with no issue until yesterday. Suddenly the "Meeting does not exist". Did anyone ever find any resolution?
Hi,
We finally figured out what went wrong for us. We changed the date of the webinar in Zoom by a week (simply going to "edit webinar" and moving the date by a week)
The dates were updated in the reminders, log-in links... but it seems that Zoom system still thought the webinar was happening on the original date. Any registrations that happened after the original date had a "Registration error" as a result showing a status reason of "The webinar either already finished or does not exist anymore".
To solve the issue, we had to create a new webinar programme and a new zoom webinar, adding contacts already registered to that new programme.
Hope this helps!
Thanks! We realized the exact same issue of the date change. Very disappointing such a minor edit can derail the whole integration. Hopefully there's a better solution in the future.
