I'd like to create custom email reports by geo (EMEA, APAC, Americas, etc.). Do I just need to add a filter in the smart list "Country = UK, Germany, etc." or is it something I need to do in the setup tab?
You can try that, but it will only bring in LEADS that have that Country. If you want to look at emails sent by each Geo, then you need to filter the actual email by Workspace or Name or in the Setup tab.
Thanks Josh! Currently we don't segment or localize emails by geo (strategy in the works), so if we're sending every email to every geo, but add geo filters in the smart list of the report that should still capture email volume by region, correct?
