Question related to "Show Custom HTML Form for Known Leads"

Hi,

do you conform that a "known lead" is a lead who only needs to have an email address? versus a lead who would have all fields required on form already populated? I like the custom html, however I would like to restrict usage to lead who have filled out a min number of fields. I know that with progressive profiling, we can end up with just having to submit email address which has been auto-filled but I find it more user friendly to have directly download button. Is this possible?

Sounds like this should be an idea to customize what Marketo determines to be a 'known visitor'.

That would be a great idea. Especially since if you have a known lead, but don't have their first and last name, you get the tokens text rather than a blank value. It would be nice to put show the form so we can capture that information rather than seeing "Welcome back, {{lead.FirstName}} {{lead.LastName}}". It doesn't allow for default values either. 😞
