Query all smart campaigns that include a change data value flow step

I am cleaning up a large, dirty instance. Is there a way to query and find all flows that include a specific change data value step?

For example, I want to identify all smart campaigns that have a "Change Owner" flow step. Is that possible?

Hi Gordy,

While not exactly what you asked for, you might be able to get some data from the field management section of the software. 

Admin -> Field Management -> Select the Field

The system will show the campaigns/smart lists etc. linked to the field.

Use Campaign Inspector if you click the top of Marketing activities. That should get you closer.
