Propertybase - SFDC integration

Does anyone have experience with CRM synch to PropertyBase? Looks like it is Salesforce customized for the real estate business. Looking for guidance with the CRM integration setup. Thank you!

Hi Ronen,

The challenge is that the CRM is not using leads and contacts objects together, only contacts. So, when Marketo sends a new lead to PropertyBase, normally a new lead is created. The challenge is in creating a new contact directly - is it even possible?

PropertyBase is a CRM solution based off Salesforce.com popular with real estate agencies and developers in Australia. From my limited understanding, leads and contacts have been configured to work differently.

You would need to seek advice from the CRM supplier on what is possible, i.e. can other Salesforce packages be installed? how would it affect the CRM itself?
